On other platforms, client's account is deactivated if they do not log into their challenge account for 30 days. Does our platform have a similar policy?

Hello,30-day inactivity rule: If you do not make any trades within 30 days, the challenge will be considered failed. You must initiate your first trade within 30 days of getting your account and perform at least one trade in each consecutive 30-day period. Failure to do so will result in a challenge failure, and no fees will be refunded. Thank you.
